Operating Policy and Procedure
HSC OP: 10.00, Operating with Values
PURPOSE: The Health Sciences Center is creating a sustainable culture based on the core values identified and shared by our Ï㽶ֱ²¥ team. Our values and the defining behaviors shall serve as the prevailing code of conduct for all faculty, staff, students, administrators and employees on all our campuses and operating locations.
REVIEW: This HSC OP will be reviewed on September 1 of each even-numbered year (ENY) by the Associate Vice President, Human Resources and the Assistant Vice President, Office of People and Values, with recommendations for revision forwarded to the President by September 15.
POLICY:
Every Ï㽶ֱ²¥ team member will embody our values, and exhibit behaviors as outlined in the most recent version of Our Values document dated September 1, 2018, or subsequent revisions. Team members’ values-based behaviors shall be aligned and consistent with federal and state laws, regulations, Ï㽶ֱ²¥ policies and procedures, and the Texas Tech University System Code of Ethical Conduct.
