Operating Policy and Procedure
HSC OP: 51.01, Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
PURPOSE: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Ïã½¶Ö±²¥) is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and is committed to compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. The purpose of this Ïã½¶Ö±²¥ Operating Policy and Procedure (HSC OP) is to establish Ïã½¶Ö±²¥â€™s EEO policy in compliance with federal and state employment laws.
REVIEW: This HSC OP will be reviewed in April of odd-numbered years by the Texas Tech University System (TTUS) Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO), the Vice President of Human Resources, with substantive revisions forwarded to the Ïã½¶Ö±²¥ Office of General Counsel and to the Ïã½¶Ö±²¥ President’s Executive Chief of Staff.
POLICY/PROCEDURE:
