HSC OP: 76.40, Annual Crime Reporting - Clery Act Compliance
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Health Sciences Center Operating Policy and Procedure (HSC OP) is to ensure that Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯) is in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act).
REVIEW: This HSC OP will be reviewed in December of odd-numbered years by the System Clery Compliance Director, System Office of General Counsel, and TTPD Chief of Police, with substantive revisions forwarded to the HSC President.
