Research Interest/Expertise:

  • Clinical trials and animal studies – dietary supplement/phytochemicals in musculoskeletal health and obesity.
  • Mind-body exercise (clinical only) in musculoskeletal health and obesity.
  • Clinical trials and animal studies – bioactive compounds, functional foods, or natural products in pain management and cognitive function via gut-brain-axis.
