ERS Summer Enrollment for 2025 is July 7 through July 18.

Summer Enrollment is your only chance to make changes to your health insurance elections without a qualifying life event. Changes to your benefits can be made by account during the summer enrollment period and updating your elections.

Summer Enrollment is July 7 through July 18, 2025, for Ď㽶ֱ˛Ą team members.

During this timeframe, you will be able to log into your account on the  to make changes to your elections. Election updates made during this period will be effective September 1, 2025.

Please note that if you're happy with your current benefits elections, you don't need to do anything! If no changes are made during Summer Enrollment, your benefits coverage will continue as originally designated.

If you experience a major life event between June and August that impacts your insurance coverage needs, such as having a baby or getting married, please get in touch with Human Resources.
