You can also log in to β€œβ€ to access and print your CME Transcript for activities since September 2011. You can also update your profile, complete evaluations, check in to activities, view your credit history, and print certificates. Credit updates may take up to 2 weeks after an activity.

If you need help, please call 806-743-2929. Each user must have a unique email address. Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password if needed, and avoid creating duplicate accounts if you've previously attended CME activities

Academic Transcripts are available through the Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯ Office of the Registrar using the Academic Transcript Request Form.
