Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Ïã½¶Ö±²¥) is committed to maintaining an educational, working, and

Title VII, Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and other applicable laws, Ïã½¶Ö±²¥ prohibits

Report Discrimination or Harassment

Ïã½¶Ö±²¥ is committed to responding promptly and equitably to reports of discrimination, harassment, and
retaliation. If you have experienced, witnessed, or become aware of conduct that may violate University policy or federal civil rights laws, we encourage you to submit a report.

Supportive measures may be available regardless of whether a formal complaint is filed.

Filing a Report

You may report concerns even if you are unsure whether the conduct meets a specific legal definition. The
appropriate compliance office will review the information provided and follow up regarding next steps. Reports
may be submitted at any time.

Please note that reports submitted to the Title VI reports are not confidential; however, information will be
shared only with individuals who have a legitimate need to know in order to respond appropriately.
