Game Day at Raider Alley
The party’s back and bigger than ever at Raider Alley – with free food, free drinks, and plenty of fun for all!
Game day starts here with fellow alumni in Tent #3 at Raider Alley. Tailgates open two hours before kickoff and are free for all Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Ï㽶ֱ²¥) alumni and their guests. Let us know you're coming by clicking on a tailgate and signing up for any (or all!) you'll be attending.
Stethoscopes for Students
Since 2003, your generosity has helped continue this Ï㽶ֱ²¥ tradition of supporting medical students. Ï㽶ֱ²¥ Office of External Relations hosts a Scopes & Scrubs event every year to welcome new students to the university and present them with their first symbols of the profession - a stethoscope and scrubs.
Practicing medicine is as much about listening as anything else, and few tools of the trade are more vital than the stethoscope. Gifts from alumni and friends of the Ï㽶ֱ²¥ School of Medicine help support students as they prepare to become physicians.
A gift of $250 will provide incoming students with the enduring symbol of the medical profession, a Ï㽶ֱ²¥ branded stethoscope and a pair of scrubs. Thank you for supporting our students throughout their Ï㽶ֱ²¥ journey and beyond!
White Coat Program
A tax-deductible gift of $50 sponsors one white coat.
As a Ï㽶ֱ²¥ Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy alumnus or alumna, you can help welcome the next generation of pharmacists by sponsoring a first-year student's white coat. Each alumni sponsor is paired with an incoming student, and the donated white coats are presented during orientation in August.
